WdreaUp privacy commitment remains clear: WdreaUp does not collect any user facial information, and will never share any user personal data with third-party AI services.

- The app supports portrait upload, template selection, and AI-generated formal portrait output.
- Features and service content may be updated for product and technical improvements.
- Service continuity is provided on a best-effort basis.
2. User Rights and Obligations
Users may use app services within legal scope and under these terms.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
- Do not crack, tamper with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.
- Do not use the app for unauthorized business operations.
- Ensure uploaded portraits are legally owned or authorized for use.
3. Operator Rights and Obligations
- Provide services and take reasonable security measures.
- Handle violations through warning, restrictions, suspension, or termination.
- Adjust or discontinue services when required by legal or operational reasons.
4. Data Privacy and Security
WdreaUp emphasizes local-first processing. Uploaded photos and generated results are stored on your own device and are not uploaded to backend or third-party servers under normal app operation.
- You can preview, save, download, and delete local data anytime.
- Deleted local content is not recoverable by the app.
5. Premium Services
- Premium plans, pricing, duration, and rights are shown on subscription pages.
- Premium access starts after successful payment and ends at expiration unless renewed.
- Refund handling follows applicable subscription terms and legal requirements.
6. Agreement Termination
- You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
- Operator may terminate services for serious violations or unlawful behavior.
7. Disclaimer
- Operator is not responsible for user-caused losses (device, network, or misuse).
- Force majeure and external technical failures may affect service availability.
- AI-generated outputs may differ depending on source image quality and template complexity.
8. Updates to Terms
Terms may be revised as needed for legal compliance and product evolution. Continued use after updates become effective indicates acceptance of revised terms.
